The Lemann Art Lofts project consists of the renovation of existing building structures referred to as the “Lemann Block” located at or adjacent to 312 Mississippi Street in Donaldsonville, Louisiana. The building, historically, was designed for a mercantile occupancy for the B. Lemann & Bros, Inc. It had more recently been used as a museum. The building was converted into 41 apartments with retail space on the ground floor. This building satisfied Enterprise Green Communities Criteria and Fortified Roof.
