City Park received a $25,000 National Fish and Wildlife Urban Water NFWF grant to restore the lagoon area in City Park. The grant was provided to dredge silted-in channels, remove water hyacinth, and perform shoreline restoration on the lagoon banks of City Park, near the Volunteer Building on Harrison Avenue. Batture staff provided pro bono surveying and engineering recommendations.
