The Regional Planning Commission contracted Batture to create a master plan for Bayou Sauvage that focuses on equity and non-motorized access. The final master plan details existing site conditions, a complete traffic study, schematic designs, pilot projects, and funding for approximately 27acres in New Orleans East. Batture worked with Alta Planning + Design and Urban Systems, Inc. on this project.
