
Batture LLC currently has an opening for a Landscape Architecture internship for our growing multidisciplinary firm located in New Orleans. Batture is dedicated to the idea that a highly inspired team can deliver outstanding results while also creating powerful social and environmental change. That’s why every one of our projects is energized by this unique purpose. Our company specializes in civil and structural engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture. We design green infrastructure and stormwater management plans for streets, parks, coastal restoration, etc. for private and public projects. The intern will have the opportunity to work alongside both landscape architects and civil engineers in all aspects of the process from research and community engagement through construction administration. The intern may be interviewed via a virtual meeting, but must have the ability to work at our office part-time. This position will pay between $12 – $20 per hour based on level of experience. Number of weekly hours and rate to be negotiated between the candidate and Batture LLC. There is flexibility to work part-time from home.
Minimum Requirements:

Junior, Senior, or Candidate for Master’s in an accredited Landscape Architecture Program

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Willingness to work cooperatively with project team members in a high-energy working environment that encourages self-initiative.

Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning.

Ability to adapt and handle multiple projects as needed
Preferred skills:
- AutoCAD, LandFX
- Adobe Creative Suite
- ArcGIS
- SketchUp
- Bluebeam
- Knowledge of green infrastructure
